I always like to start my reading year off with an amazing read. I’m not usually superstitious, but a great first book out of the gate sets a wonderful tone for the rest of the year. For that reason, I decided that my first official book of 2024 would be a reread of the excellent The Rest of the Story, a book I first read last year. I am not at all disappointed in my decision.

Another fabulous book from Tal Bauer

This was a classic Bauer book - lots of action, amazingly beautiful language, heart pounding tension, and tear inducing passages that wreck your emotions.
