4.25 Stars! This was very sweet! Low conflict, no angst, and two adults who communicated when something was wrong. Just a sweet little romance to put a smile on your face and in your heart (no one does that better than NR Walker).

Lovely slow burn romance with two really likable mains makes this one more than just a nanny/single dad trope. Really liked the dynamic between Toby and Gideon. Would have been easy for the boss/employee thing to be cringe, Toby was so self possessed and assertive that it never felt that way. Also loved the Henry/Reed cameo.
