Audiobook: 3 stars. Female narrator didn't work for me.

Emma Scott has a way of writing a story that just makes it comes to life, and this one is no different.

Emma Scott almost always leaves me speechless. I never feel that my reviews do her stunning stories justice. Her writing is hauntingly beautiful and deep dives directly into my very soul. Faith Benson and Asher Mackey brought all the feels -- from the lowest and darkest to the highest and brightest. My emotions are all over the place and I'm going to let them settle a bit before finishing out this review.

Between Hello and Goodbye is a beautifully written love story. Asher is a firefighter/EMT in Kauai. He and his younger brother, Morgan, had a rough childhood that made them extremely close. Morgan is married with a child, but Asher has never found his “One”

Faith is a lost soul. She’s really good at her job in advertising, but she’s also a party girl who doesn’t take life seriously. That is until her boss tells her that she needs to get her act together if she wants to become partner.
