OMG, I loved this novel! I loved the first book in this series, this novel did not disappoint. From the very first chapter I was hooked, this novel reached out and grabbed me and would not let me put it down until the very last page. Even then I did not want this novel to end. It was so good! I loved Shay and Cole. Omg their chemistry was off the hook. The banter and dialogue in this novel was so so so very good. Starting this,
I was expecting a decadent 3-tier devil’s food cake filled with swiss meringue buttercream, topped with luscious chocolate ganache, drizzled with velvety smooth salted caramel sauce and sprinkled with white chocolate snowflakes.

I got a rice cake on a cabbage leaf.

Almost DNF’ed this.
