Was a little confused about the story of the Serpent's Kiss at first, but regardless I loved the relationship between Rune and Carling.

Considering what was going on, it is one of the most effortless relationships I have seen in a while. ...more

I have yet to be disappointed with any of the books in the series! I've loved them all so far!

Rune and Carling are just fantastic together. I've been waiting for Rune's story since he popped up in the first book, and Carling is such a fascinating character! They are PERFECT for each other!

Can I also say, that the mystery behind Carling's ailment had me sitting on the edge of my seat throughout the whole book?! I love a good mystery, and it had my clinging to every word!

Serpent's Kiss was a book worth reading. Makes you want to go hunting for a man who will never leave you even when you're at your lowest, like what Rune did with Carling. It kinda also makes you think that that man is worth waiting for even if it lasts a few millennia. But unfortunately, my life span's not that long. ...more

Well worth the wait! But now I'm desparate for the next book in the series. March '12 seems so far off. I loved Rune and the imagery in the story is fantastic. So easy to get swept away...
