Yippee-I-oh-ki-ay! Ride-em Cowboy!! Devney Perry’s latest series is set on Haven River Ranch in Montana. Although I’m not much into westerns, I know Perry tells a solid story with a wonderful romance no matter the genre, so I’m puttin’ on my boots, saddlin’ up and ready to ride.

Crossroads is a wonderful start to the New Haven River Ranch series.

West Haven’s family has owned and run the ranch and vacation cabin resort for generations. He is understandably shocked and angry when Indya Keller shows up and announces that she is the new owner.

All Indya’s best memories are from her family vacations spent at the ranch. It’s where she fell in love with West who broke her heart.

For the first time in a long time, I've come across Devney Perry characters that annoyed me a bit.

Indya buys the ranch/resort that she and her family used to come to most summers for years. It was her dad's happy place. It was also the place she met and fell for West, and it was his family's ranch/resort.

What a great wild ride! I have read other novels by this author and enjoyed them. This novel did not disappoint. I was so excited to jump into this novel. From the first chapter this novel had he hooked. Once I started reading I just couldn't stop. I stayed up late into the night reading, it was so worth losing sleep over. Loved it! There were moments I was in tears, but the ending left me with a happy heart. I didn't want it to end. I loved Indy and West. Their chemistry was so good! Loved watc ...more
