Book two of the series and I’m calling it Sparrow Falls is my new favorite Catherine Cowles series!!
I loved Delicate Escape! Shep and Thea were everything!!! I don’t think I realized how much I enjoy a golden retriever-black cat type of relationship but I loved that aspect so much! Shep was so patient with Thea and so willing to go at the pace she set and wow wow wow was the pay out worth it! Their chemistry was out of this world!

Such an amazing story! Delicate Escape is the second standalone book in the Sparrow Falls series.
Thea is hiding some big secrets that she is too afraid to share with anyone. Shep has built so many walls around his own heart that are kept sturdy with guilt. But those walls are destined to crumble when he has to open up to a women who needs honesty to show her that she can trust again.

Thea and Shep's story is absolute perfection! This author perpetually amazes me and continues to bring the goods: the suspense, the intensity of emotions and I can't forget the romance. The queen of romantic suspense did it again! Shep and Thea will absolutely still your heart. I enjoy all Catherine’s books, but this one truly was so beautifully written. The suspense was incredible and definitely got me! I was shocked! Will definitely add to my top 5
