So so good! I have read other novels by this author and loved them. This novel did not disappoint. This was such a fun novel to read. I love a small town romance, with an enemies to lovers theme and throw in a grumpy cowboy and you can count me in. From the first chapter this novel captured my attention and held on tight. I really, really enjoyed this book! The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because I felt like the beginning of their sexual relationship didn't match up with the sweet emotional connection they had previously made. Having their first encounter be on the counter of a bathroom just didn't seem to fit. But I thought the character development was great and they were both actually pretty likable characters. Mollie is in Hartsville, TX for the reading of her estranged, deceased father's will. She is basically left everything, including his ranch, with the stipulation that she stay at the ranch for a year.
