AWESOME! Sometimes I glazed over some of the science explanations, but otherwise this book sucked me in. I became totally invested in the well being of Mark Watney. I was terrified for him when things went wrong (and boy did they) and cheered his successes!
This book was particularly exciting for me because I was able to visit the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) over the summer. The JPL is such a fascinating place. I was able to see models of the rovers that were in the book.
