The LCBC gave this book 4 out of 5 stars.
The group agreed that the book was a quick, easy read. Some members felt a bit lost by the music terminology in the book. Some of the group foresaw the twist, where as others did not. When asked about their favorite characters, members chose either Lorenzo or Laura. A few were wary to continue reading, as the idea of a child influenced to commit violent acts by music is creepy, but were glad they continued reading. We agreed that Lorenzo had the only character arc.
