Absolutely amazing, enthralling, I loved this book!!! I didn’t think the sequel to The Kitchen House could measure up but oh boy it sure did!!! LOVED this book!!!! I loved reading about Jamie’s adventure; and how he grew to appreciate his heritage. I am now fascinated with the Underground Railroad and how so many people helped slaves escape!!!
