It's one of those books telling a story through a bunch of poems (like Out of the Dust Out of the Dust ). I'm really into ASL and Deaf Culture so I enjoyed learning more about how World War II affected Deaf people. Obviously it was sad but not as depressing as I thought it would be. ...more
