The writing was really good. The story was engrossing. But as the mystery unfolded at the end I was disappointed.
Slight spoiler: Every adult was irresponsible, stupid, culpable. Except for the innocent man who died from a heart attack, they’re all wrong. It was soooo good up until the end! I rounded up because for 9/10 of the book I was invested and loving it.

If you love a good mystery book with character depth, this is for you. I will say I found the first half of the book to be a bit slow, but once I hit the second half I could not put the book down. I truly did not know who to believe until the end. Definitely worth the hype!!
