I'm surprised I liked this one. I mean, I liked the sound of it - I liked the cover, but once I started reading it, a number of plot elements didn't seem consistent, and I had a hard time with the believability.
But after I let go of that and went with the crazy schemes and twists and turns, I enjoyed the ride. Sure, the dialogue doesn't sound like realistic teen language, the parents are a bit stereotyped, and everything comes together a little too neatly at the end. But I enjoyed the local ang ...more
