Graphic novels are getting so dang cool! This is a beautiful piece of journalism, capturing the experiences of five different people during and especially after Hurricane Katrina. Neufeld did an amazing job of tracking down diverse people to feature (the Afterword is fascinating) and describes their trauma with excellent dramatic tension.
