Definitely the most compulsively readable book I've read in a while. Alternated between the TBCD and print editions, so finished this in just a couple of days. And yes, things seem just a bit too shiny. Yes, her circle seems a bit too diverse. Yes, some of the characters either weren't fleshed out enough (it's hard to differentiate the Five beyond the surface characteristics) or were a little too good. Yes, it's hard to believe that a teen could get all that done AND get Bryn Mawr-level grades.
