Too many weapons, too many gadgets. Not enough magic. Spoiled rich kid kidnaps a leprechaun (which in this book is kind of a fairy world SWAT team member) to hold her for ransom so he can have even more money to impress his lost at sea dad. Or something like that. There are lots of blasters and high-tech devices, and chases and explosions, blah blah blah. Not for me, thanks. But, boys will love it!
