The critics -- Connelly fans for the most part -- were excited to see the change in characterization he attempts here. Harry Bosch is one of my all-time favorite fictional characters, and his half-brother, Mickey Haller, is earning a spot alongside of him. In his third Haller book, Connelly has again proven to me he is at the top of his game.
