What Members Thought
Overly dramatic. Too many sub-plots which make it difficult to keep up.
Oh dear. Poirot does James Bond in an increasingly ludicrous set of set pieces. I cant believe that the author of the previous novel The Murder of Roger Ackroyd can churn out this tat. This isnt a murder mystery Poirot and Hastings are on the trail of "The Big Four" a mystery organisation looking for world domination, why we dont know. The novel is a series of scrapes the pair need to extricate themselves from.
