No gripping and not massively entertaining. However, very interesting. I learned a lot about elephants even though I got a bit bored after a while. Love the twist at the end though. Very nice. Unlike the other 2 books I have read thus far of Picoult this one was not so emotionally traumatising.

I liked this book though I found it a bit annoying as I found it a bit predictable. I had already worked out what the twist would be regarding the main character, Jenna. It didnt really feel like a big twist at all as it has been done before by other authors.

I also found that the information about elephants interesting, though I found that it kinda disrupted the flow of the story. It made the book seem like it was two books in one, one a fictional story and the second a factual book about elepha ...more
