A roller-coaster of a read. Highly recommend to thriller lovers.
The blurb indicates the story, a teenager is kidnapped and abused, escapes and plots her revenge. Very well-written with lots of suspense. Along with short chapters this is a real pager turner.
In the first half of the book we meet Wendi as a young naive girl being led astray by her friend into what should have been harmless fun. I found this section of the book sometimes hard to read as a parent. Not because of the violence and abus ...more
