What Members Thought
So diary books are hot right now, and my kids are big fans of this book. I didn't like this series as much as I liked the Dork Diary series. While there are several academic references and some great vocabulary use, this book is much more consumed with poor behavior (jealousy, evil plotting, lying, etc.) and doesn't have as much redeeming value. Kids will enjoy it, and the most important thing is to get them reading, but this book did not sweep me off my feet.
