What Members Thought
I stopped reading comic books in the 1970s, which has not served me well in recent movie releases. I had no idea who Gwen was in the Amazing Spiderman series, Bane through me for a loop in The Dark Knight, and I had never even heard of this series, Guardians of the Galaxy. So, in reading this book, I had absolutely no back story. I don't think that should affect a story, but I certainly want to give the caveat that I probably would have had a different experience if I knew the series.
