What Members Thought
Interesting and pleasant read but as I kind of knew what would happen to most of the major historical characters I can't say it was terribly exciting or surprising. That's why I'm not partial to his-fic that centers on real historic personages or events. Unless we enter the realm of alternative history, the element of surprise is gone. All we have is how interestingly the author pads out the facts with daily life, etc. This book did a good job with that. I particularly liked Selene's efforts to
