I feel like the HP books are split into two parts, 1-4 and 5-7 (and that's just how Lego decided to do their video game version), and that after #4, everything starts to get slightly more serious and all of the characters grow up more. In this book, people get to see more of the aspects of the magical world, like the government and other magic schools. And of course, like the first 3 books, J.K. Rowling doesn't disappoint us with her writing skills, this whole series is highly recommended :)
