I was so close to giving this a two but then I remembered bits of it that weren't that bad. Things I had issues with:
1) Protagonist - she came off annoying, self-centred and very very unlikeable. Despite the fact that Alice had cancer, I had no sympathy for her. She got on my nerves so much!
2) The Story - it made for an interesting premise, but for the most part I found it ridiculous and confusing. Maybe it was just me.
3) The Ending - I still don't know what to make of it.

I was really looking forward to this 'bucket list' story, it was intriguing to me, would it include fun adventures? Would there be a road trip? I had to know! But I was severely disappointed when I quickly realised that most of the objectives of this 'bucket list' were to just try & destroy other people, it was awful. I hated the main character, Alice..... 1 star because this book put me into a four month reading slump. Also, because I don't think cancer (or anything, for that matter) gives a person "permission" to do horrible things to others.
