Gosh, this was great. I could read about the Imria and their relationship with Earth forever. Malinda has crafted a brilliant new world and really delves into all the complexities of being a human. Reese is a perfect narrator because all her confusion is real and we get to go through her ups and downs with her. The abilities her and David share make things complicated and it just goes to show that while sharing consciousness/telepathy might sound cool, there's so many layers to everything. Havin
