What Members Thought
This novel has all the right ingredients to be wonderful. The story, the setting, the perspective of the narrator, the eloquent language, a sense of humor. Although it is charming it just does not quite come together. It is often tedious and boring. Something is missing. Most people who dislike this book complain about the various characters and their behaviors, the plot twists, the lack of resolution etc but I believe a great writer can write about anything mundane and make it interesting and m
