This is one of my favorite writers and I don't even need to read the synopsis to buy her books at this point. I'll admit that I am so tired of the flashback mysteries but I still enjoyed this one. It had the author's usual blend of the supernatural with a mystery. I really liked the present-day timeline with Shea's point of view, who is a likable character.
