This is one of my favorite books of all time.
Midnight's Daughter is the first book of it's series. It was a thrilling read and Ms. Chance's ability to create such a world where magic, love, lust and everything paranormal exist hand in hand is absolutely amazing!

imaginative storytelling and characters, blending young adult culture and situations with anchient mythology and folklore. well-developed multi-dimensional characters carry dark pasts, pain and secret shame under hardcore warrior facades into battles, alliances and betrayals and unexpected love they will likely never allow themselves to trust.
