Man, I love this book. Strayed, or Sugar as she was known when she wrote the column, holds back no punches. She is willing to accept human beings as they are, and tell the honest truth, even if it means hurting feelings or embarrassing her own self. I wish I could write as beautifully, and as poignantly as she does. She takes these questions that haunt others, and gives answers that make you think, that make you grow. I did like this book even though at times I found some of the people's stories to be very sad. I thought that as a columnist Sugar, is who she is and tells it like it is. I like how she brought herself and her issues into her responses. The story she has responded to about her mother passing and how you never get over it, had my heart since I recently lost my mom. You can def tell she had a really rough life and she does care bout her readers.
