The bird, the pin, the song, the berries, the watch, the cracker, the dress that burst into flames.
I am the mockingjay. The one that survived despite the Capitol's plans. The symbol of rebellion.

EDIT: Finished it again for the 3rd time (that it's recorded, anyway) and I've grown to adore Peeta so much. Katniss just does not deserve him, even though she's starting to, or is already in love with him during the 74th Hunger Games. Peeta is so good, so pure, so perfect and what's to come ...more

This was great!! Maybe I will do a really review sometime. There "fake" or kind of not fake romance is still going on so that is the romantic aspect. ***Oh and spoiler: Peeta says Katniss is pregnate, shes not****

Really good. The writing is kind of plain but besides that Catching Fire rocked. The fire scene at the end was short but Suzanne gave very vivid details and I could almost smell the smoke. THe characters are as good as ever and Suzanne wrote a sequel better than the Hunger Games. I heard many writers struggle with writing sequels but Suzanne mastered it with her fast paced, exciting, thrilling, read-in-one-sitting Catching Fire novel. Starts off pretty good, ends up AWESOME.
