From the first page to the last I am held in the grip of these two story tellers. Once again revisiting Agent Pendergast I am reminded again of how much I love this series. I think this latest is right up there with the very best of the Pendergast series.

LOVED it! Fell in love with Helen, and a whole new branch of Pendergast's life. Those of you who love AP, read it and savor it!

Interesting story, we have seen how Pendergast functions in New York City, in the Midwest (Kansas), in Europe, in Tibet and on an ocean liner—this tale has him back at his roots in the Louisiana swamps. Even Laura Hayward starts to understand and like agent Pendergast.

Once again, Preston and Child bring to life a fantastic story. This was fast paced, intense and kept you wanting more. I can't wait for the next installment to come out! Hurry up!

It was ok. I'm glad we are focusing on Pendergast, but I'm unsure what this new series is going to bring.
