6 stars!! THIS is how you write a sequel folks!!!

Okay so I totally did NOT have the luxury to read this with all the December deadlines but it's not my fault if I peek at the beginning and end up finishing it 4 hours later! Unfortunately no full review with pretty teasers and casting and blah so here's a quick breakdown of how I saw this book.

ANOTHER WIN FOR ME!!!

I loved how the story wrapped up. Yes, I guess we didn't get the conventional ending like we are used to getting wherein they live happily ever after. But I guess with personalities and profession like Victor and Izabel (Sarai) they don't get one, since first of all they are not the conventional couple (if you could call them couple that is), right? But despite that they are just perfect for each other.

4.5 stars. what a great sequel! Suspense, mystery and there was a major twist I didn't even see coming. I was enthralled in the making of Isabel the badass, the revengeful killer. The book also contained some carefully developed secondary characters. Frederick scared the crap out of me and I can't even imagine what the next book will entail. He's so demented and twisted. Is there anyone that could be his match?
