This book was quite entertaining although at times I wished I could slap Bridget. She is a delightfully flawed and witty character who gives voice to many of the insecurities women have. My biggest complaint was her conviction she must diet continuously. It never says how tall she is but most women would kill to be 134lb (at the heaviest) with thighs of only 18". I couldn't get into this book. I'm sorry but I really don't care to listen to some lazy "fat" girl from London bitch about her life. And since when is being in the range of 120 to 130 pounds fat? The fact that she's waiting for a man to make her happy irritates me... I must admit that I do have a Bridget quality in pining over a man that is clearly not worth my time..
