I actually really liked this one. People told me that Bella whined too much but I didn't see that. Admittedly I could relate a little too well to her pain and anguish, so that may explain why I didn't think she was whining. In fact, one of the chapters was physically gut-wrenching for me. I actually had a very visceral reaction to the scene. And that was supposed to be a happy chapter. It hit VERY CLOSE to home. This one definitely seemed like a bridge book. Much of the novel seemed to be setting up things to come. I did enjoy reading it although not as much as the first.
