I love baseball, and I love talking about baseball, so I generally enjoyed reading this book. My big issues were with the inconsistencies, but that would be a book in itself. A second beef was with the anachronisms (for example, suggesting that taking Barry Zito instead of Ben Sheets was *obviously* the better choice, even though *everybody* thought they were crazy. I think you can make an argument these days that that was a draw.)
Anyway: good book, especially if you like talking about baseball.
