I thought I would adore this book because I have enjoyed most Nigerian works I have read, but unfortunately I felt like the book never really solidified for me. Probably because the entire thing is about dreams and spirits. I felt like I was entering into a semi-hypnotic trance every time I read it - just letting the images wash over me.
