I am and always have been something of a space-nerd-enthusiast. Dangle before me the opportunity to be an astronaut, and I shall melt into a gratified puddle. Any book pertaining to space has a high chance of captivating me. But this specific book practically led to binge-reading.

This was an entertaining book that occasionally had me giggling out loud. And I even learned a few things too! It covers various aspects of the difficulties of humans going out into space and all the testing and research that is done...everything from G forces to the psychology of having no privacy in a small space to things that might be more, um, unusual or taboo to go into depth on. A good third of this book is dedicated to the science of pooping and puking in space. That is to say, awesome!
