What Members Thought
As a teacher I look for multi-uses of books to read to my students. Teaching and using rhyming words in the lower grades is one of the best ways to encourage the students to read on their own. In THE GIRL WHO DRANK THE MOON this is the first thing I liked about the book. Not only was it written in rhyme there is a great story to go with it. I was pleasantly surprised to find actual information at the end of the book that teaches about the moon phases in a pictorial and child-friendly manner. I w
