This is one of those books. You know, the books that keep you reading to the wee hours of the morning. I could not put it down. We have had a lot of questions about Sean and we get a lot of answers in this book. This one is Suspense all the way and Lucy takes a supporting role. Sean is the star and he delivers.

Sean Rogan loves Lucy Kincaid and will do anything to protect her. The offer he receives is more like a deal with the devil, but Sean takes it in order to put his past firmly and legally i

Sean Rogan goes undercover with the FBI to clear his name and make things right. The secret mission may just cost him his family and his life.

This was probably my favorite book in the series so far. Sean Rogan has been a mystery to many readers and this book really digs into his past and reveals the bad side we don’t see when he’s with Lucy. To go undercover, Sean accepts a job from his old college buddy, Colton. This job entails breaking into a building with high security and stealing an item. Sean digs to find out wh ...more

I liked everything about this story.

The case is complex. It kept me guessing from the start although I did lock on to my theory and couldn't see any other way for the case to resolve. I loved the twists.

Lucy and Sean. Their relationship continues to develop and grow. They are a solid team and trust one another when it counts. I'm looking forward to more with them in the future.

Family drama. This story focuses on Rogan family drama. It is tense to see Duke and Sean reveal their concerns.

maybe 4.5 stars

I really liked the interpersonal dynamics in this book; we learn a lot about Sean and his relationship with his brother, for example. A very helpful read as this series progresses, imho.
