This Pen Pal/Mail Order Bride Romance was an interesting plot for this excellent series. Unfortunately, it just didn't ignite the way is should have. I expected way more from Eloise that what this plot delivered. I was disappointed that she ran away in the face of Penelope and Colin's marriage and that once she realized just what she had gotten herself into, she folded to pressure from her family without having a firm grip on the situation.
