This extremely practical guide blends elements of Agile development, usability testing, and iterative design into a clear method for tackling problem-solving.

It will take some slight adaptation to their methods to make it work for academic library issues, but I'm going to run a test sprint this summer based on this model. The copy I read was borrowed from another library, and before I even finished I requested it be added to our own collection.
