So I enjoyed this but I am a bit underwhelmed by it all. It was good, don't get me wrong, but I was anticipating... more? I guess I wanted more dimension surfing and less ethical questions about whether or not being in someone's body was "stealing" from them. But the overall plot was really good, but kind of predictable. I will have more to say on the blog soon. But if you are unsure about whether or not to pick this one up, I

This book was such a fun adventure! Traveling through dimensions-it was so interesting! I honestly was never bored for a second when reading this! There were elements to this story I never saw coming. It was creative and I didn't want to put this down once when I picked it up. I now plan to read the rest of Claudia Gray's books. I didn't want it to end! ...more

I'm so contradicted when it comes to this book.

I won't say anything about the plot because I truly believe that you must read this book without knowing anything else apart from the synopsis, which in my opinion already reveals a lot about the plot, but anyway. I did this as a read along so it was really hard for me to only read a certain number of chapters each day. I just really wanted to continue. Sci-fi is not something I read a lot of but I've read more of lately starting with "Across the Universe by Beth Revis". Which I'd also wholeheartedly enjoyed. So I really have a goal to branch out into more sci-fi. I loved the idea of alternate dimensions. It made me think a lot about how life could be different. I can't wait to see where the series takes ...more

Marguerite's father was killed by their family friend (and her secret crush), Paul, who then took their doohickey that allows them to travel to parallel universes and fled. Marguerite and their other family friend (and her other secret crush), Theo, decide to follow him to get revenge.

Unfortunately, this was a little more love story than intense inter-dimensional chase story than I was expecting. It was still alright though.
