Me recomendaron este libro con la frase de "Morirás con Travis", y pensé en mis adentros que no, que soy una chica fuerte con bragas resistentes. Entonces leo la primera pagina e hiperventilo.

I was definitely entertained by this new adult novel. I can't say that either of the main characters had redeeming qualities though. I did really like Travis' character since he was definitely a flawed guy but he tried to change for her. I liked the fact that he had issues would I have dated him in real life? Absolutely not. But I still him and find him a really interesting character.

Normally I would give this book 3 out of 5 stars because:
a) I still don't know what to think about Travis. On the one hand he is caring, etc. but on the other hand he is too possessive and jealous so if I had a guy like him I would probably kill myself (or him).
b) The story is in some parts absurd. I just couldn't believe that it would happen in real life.
c) The ending is too cutesy-wootsy even for me.
But still. I was able to read more then 500 pages in two days! It was quick, light, sometimes e ...more

I read this with a goodreads reading group. What a roller coaster of a read. At some points I had tears in my eyes and then others I was so mad. This book is about a college couple. The male is very abusive and a womanizer. The woman is running away from her shady past with a big secret. Warning there is a lot of alcohol and sex in this book. It also has a very suspenseful ending that I did not see coming. This book kept me reading and I want to read her other books.

An unbelievable and gripping story! I was hooked right from the beginning and flew through this 400+ page book in 2 days! Love all the main and supporting characters. Love, love, loved it!

Well the title got the 'Disaster' part right; I'm not so sure about the 'Beautiful' bit.
The characters are all SUPER annoying, dramatic, and can't make up their minds about anything (except for Abby's roommate but you hardly get to see her.) They are constantly getting upset about the littlest things but taking it back a minute later, acting like it never happened. The main romance is toxic, controlling, and just unhealthy all around. It would be more acceptable if it was treated more like it w ...more

So as we all know i'm a cover ho and when i saw this book cover i didn't like it that much but it turned out to be one of those books that you don't judge by the covers .
