I always thought the title was a sexual innuendo because, hi, it's new adult. I finally read the summary and it's also about slam poetry? Now I have to read.

4.5 stars. I really enjoyed this book. Even though it is classified as new adult I think young adults could read this book. It was mild on the sexual contact. It deals with major situations such as death of parents at a young age. Highly recommend this book. Colleen Hoover writes amazing stories to keep you reading with always a twist you don't see coming. She's a must read author.

If your in the mood for a good cry pick this one up. I really enjoyed this novel. I typically can't stand books written in verse and while this whole book isn't written in verse the poetry within the novel worked well. Colleen Hoover has definitely made it to one of my new favorite writers this year. I felt for the characters in this book and cared what happened to them. I will definitely be reading the sequel to find out what happens next!
