This book was so boring. The same thing kept happening over and over. The main character had zero personality. I predicted the ending coming from the beginning of the book. Some of the things that the author was commenting on were interesting, like the limits of knowledge and privacy. I would still like to watch the movie, I bet it'll be better than this was. ...more

I wasn't sure what I would think about Dave Eggers fiction after having read his autobiography last month. Great story, poor writing, lame ending. Reminiscent of 1984 for today's world...but could potentially be true today. Privacy concerns are all too real in today's world. ...more

I would kind of like a character, but then they would turn out to be just as junky as the others. The premise is awesome, and a lot of the situations that come up were well done, but the main character drove me crazy! ...more

This was an interesting book I really liked the idea of it. Although it was almost scary and seems to be about where we are heading too. Mae was an interesting character and I liked her. I read in preparation for the movie coming out this month.
