F all the haters I love this book. A new twist on morphing tech that had me whirring through The Hidden.
A friend in our book club mentioned that this book read as a (unintentional?) discussion about abortion.
I love the new moral quandary Cassie has to confront as well as the uncanny horror in this one. Some of the imagery was so novel (somewhat rare in this series) and freaky.

The premise of this could have made for a much better book. It's too bad. The writing style of this book was far too simplistic while also having very descriptive, brutal violence... It's like a 13 year old boy wrote it.
