The web is just getting more tangled, with every answer we get we are left with more questions. I think this is the book that made me fall for Tony hard, as we are shown bits of who he truly is and why he did some of the horrific things he had done in book 1. Again there is just to much going on in these books to even try and explain it and this book is even more intense and full on than book 1.
I still feel the same for this book as I did in 2015, I think I ...more

Okay, I will try to limit my use of the four letter words but it’s hard when you’re about to talk about Tony and Claire. I didn’t want to stop reading it and found myself sneaking 10 minutes here and 10 minutes there throughout my day to get my fix.

WOW!!! Just When you Thought you Knew Where this Story Was Going!!!
Now I finally understand why this series was labeled "Romance." Truth is a very different novel from Consequences. Nonetheless, you must first read Consequences to appreciate the plot. Additionally, this is a novel/series that will really appeal to lovers of thrillers/mysteries as Romig continues to keep readers constantly on their toes trying to unravel the underlying mystery. After finishing this one I am more confused that ever! All through this book I kept flip flopping on what my new theory was. At times I admired Claire and what she was doing, at other times I thought she got hit on the head by a big stupid stick. I couldn't believe some of the things that she did considering the things that happened in the past with her.
I really am not sure what to think of Tony now. Is he the heartless bastard I thought or is he just another person being manipulated by someone ...more
