When this series first started out I really liked them, however the last book was tough for me, I didn't care that we were in the demon realm. When this one started out there was disappointed and it took me a long time to read the first 100 pages. I stopped and read something else. When I went to pick this one back up I found myself to be still bored and that was after Kara made it back to earth. I made it 150 pages, but I'm giving up with the series. More later but ... I did a combo of audio and kindle for this one. I actually liked this a great deal. It is kind of funny that my early issues with this - being kind of tired of the demon world and ready to go back to Earth and being sort of ambivalent with the relationship with Mzatal - all turned around at the end I was happy to see what happens next in the demon realm and worried about Kara's connection with the 'boss' being in jeopardy.
